Pricing
As well as a monthly license fee, a pay as you go translation contract will entitle you to word count credit. Your credit is reduced according to the word
count of translation provided for each email.
For example: If you receive a 50 word email in French, it will cost 50 words from your 10,000 word count credit balance, your credit balance is updated with each email. The French email is translated so that you may reply in English, your reply must be then translated from English to French. However you only pay for newly translated content. Standard emails are discounted using language asset management.
The minimum charge per email is 30 words, spam is diagnosed and deleted without charge.
Turnaround
How quickly we translate will depend on three factors:
- Word count
- The frequency and predictability (better schedules mean faster translations)
- Complexity of the language used (research may be required)
As an indication we typically translate 200
words an hour.
