Today marks Web-Translations’ 20th birthday! We cannot believe it’s been twenty years since our Managing Director Daniel founded our Leeds-based translation agency.
Over the past twenty years we have been lucky to work with some of the most fantastic clients and have been honoured in helping them take their companies global. Whilst the faces at Web-Translations may have changed over the years along with our location, services and branding, our commitment to providing the best quality translations and going the extra mile for our clients has remained unchanged and we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved.
Of course, we couldn’t have done what we have done without the continued support of both old and new clients who we are incredibly grateful for. What is more, we of course couldn’t have got to where we today without the exceptional work ethic and skills of our team members, both past and present. So, we’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Although twenty years is of course a landmark occasion, we have no plans on slowing down any time soon. In fact, this year we have been busy working on lots of new project that we’re incredibly excited to share with you! Below we’ve summarised a few of these projects.
New Service: Microsite Creation and Translation
In Spring this year, we launched a new microsite creation service which offers our clients a low-cost, low-risk solution for testing new, overseas markets. We’d be able to provide you with your own .com domain and help design as well as translate your desired microsite. For more information be sure to check out our service page.
Simplified Chinese and French Websites: Coming Soon!
We’re currently in the middle of translating and designing a new Simplified Chinese and French version of our website. Similar to our Spanish site, this site will feature all of our services pages as well as our industry and about us pages. We’re incredibly excited to have this launch later in the year.
Hitting the Road: Lots of Exciting Networking Events to Attend
Our Client Services Manager, Lauren has been busy crossing the country meeting lots of new contacts at some fantastic networking events this year. From events such as the Midlands Business Network Expo to the Packaging Innovations Event, she’s thoroughly enjoyed talking to lots of innovative businesses and she’s looking forward to continuing this work in the coming months.
