Web-Translations received regional recognition at the Digital Yorkshire Internet Awards dinner held at the Queen’s Hotel in Leeds on Thursday 27th April.
Web-Translations received further recognition for its innovative approach to helping businesses communicate in other languages and excelling in the supply of web solutions.
Web-Translations walked away with the Best West Yorkshire Internet Company award which was sponsored by Cisco, beating 36 other companies within the region to the post. Web-Translations were runner up in the Grand Prix award-the big award of the night which had a total of 220 entries from all companies entering the competition. This award goes to the overall best company for 2006 and is sponsored by Deloitte. Only three top Yorkshire and Humber digital companies were ultimately selected for the award from the 220 entries with Web-Translations finding themselves amongst the very best.
