Feefo operate an automated customer feedback system for businesses with an online presence. In addition to receiving valuable feedback, companies using Feefo receive a star rating that they can display on their site, increasing consumer confidence.

After achieving success in the UK marketplace, Feefo decided to localise its bespoke systems into Polish, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Turkish, Greek, Spanish, Italian, French and German – turning to Web-Translations for our localisation expertise. Later, the systems were further localised into additional languages, bringing the total to 23 world languages.
